The North East Gonja District Assembly held a Management Meeting 10th June, 2026 to review the performance of departments and discuss key administrative and development issues affecting the district. The meeting brought together the District Chief Executive, Coordinating Director, Heads of Departments and Units, and members of the Management Team.
During the meeting, participants deliberated on ongoing programmes, reviewed the implementation of planned activities for the first quarter, and discussed challenges affecting service delivery. Management also outlined strategies and agreed on actionable measures to improve coordination, strengthen performance, and ensure the effective implementation of the Assembly’s plans and policies.
The meeting ended with a renewed commitment by Management to work collaboratively towards achieving the Assembly’s development goals and enhancing service delivery to the people of the district.
