The Agricultural Department recently organized a sensitization program for farmers in the North East Gonja District at Kpalbe. Distinguished attendees included District Chief Executive (Hon. Musah Mohammed Tindawu), Presiding Member (Hon. Shani Yahaya), Assembly Member for Kpalbusi (Hon. Awal Mahama), Traditional Representative (Chief Dingoniwura Iddi Braimah), District Information Officer (Mr. Sulemana Abdul Kadiri), District Police Inspector (Alhaji Haruna), District Agric Director (Madam Naomi Zaato), and Savannah Regional Agric Director (Alhaji Sulemana). The Regional Director explained and sensitized all participants on the implementation process of Planting for Food and Jobs Phase 2 and highlighted the benefits of the program for farmers across the country.
