The Local Government Service, in collaboration with E-Solutions
Consulting, organized a one-day Smart Workplace Training for staff of
the North East Gonja District Assembly on 7th October, 2025.
The
training aimed to enhance digital efficiency and improve correspondence
management. Sessions covered e-Memo, e-Leave, Shared Files, Helpdesk,
Vehicle Request, and the use of Microsoft Teams. Participants also had
the opportunity to ask questions during a joint Q&A session.
The program ended with closing remarks from the HR & MIS Officer, who thanked facilitators and participants for their active participation and contribution to the success of the training which equipped staff with practical skills to effectively use the Smart Workplace platform for improved service delivery.
