On 15th April, 2025, the confirmation exercise for Hon. Abdul Mumin Ewuntomah as District Chief Executive for North East Gonja District was held at the District Assembly premises. The process received unanimous endorsement from 14 elected Assembly Members and 4 government appointees. The occasion drew a large gathering of party supporters, family members, and key stakeholders, who came out in numbers to show their support and partake in the celebrations.
In his acceptance remarks, Hon. Ewuntomah conveyed his deep gratitude to the President of the Republic for the confidence reposed in him. He called for unity and collaboration among residents, pledging to work hand in hand with traditional authorities and community leaders to foster peace, progress, and stability across the district.
